Maintain self-sustaining stocks of yellow perch, walleye, smallmouth bass, pike, catfish, and panfish. Expected annual yields should be 0.9 to 1.8 million kg (2 to 4 million lb) for yellow perch and 0.1-0.2 million kg (0.2 to 0.4 million lb) for walleye.

Angler harvest of walleye, bass, pike and panfish were within or above management targets and walleye harvest showed an increasing trend during 2016-2021. In contrast, yellow perch commercial and recreational harvest was generally stable at levels well below the annual yield target of 2 to 4 million lbs.
