Project
COMPARATIVE SWIMMING PERFORMANCE OF ADULT ANADROMOUS AND LANDLOCKED SEA LAMPREY
This project compares swimming ability (Ucrit and endurance) of anadromous sea lamprey from their native range with landlocked lamprey from the Great Lakes. Primary methods will be swim chambers, outcome is expected to determine to what extent the two populations are comparable, and whether any differences can be accounted for based on size, morphology, or energetic state.
